Nestled to the west of River Sacramento in the eastern portion of Yolo County is the town of Broderick. It might be quite interesting to note that Broderick was formerly known as Washington; additionally the town bears a lavish past which can be evident from the town structures and streets. One can enjoy thoroughly here at Broderick and this mainly because of its natural picturesque and of course the River Sacramento. There is the West Sacramento’s Riverwalk Park which offers a new perspective to the river. Green shady trees offer a piece of mine as you watch the boat traffic; it turns out to be the most ideal spot for a day picnic with family and friends. A lot of civilians of Sacramento and San Francisco often come to Broderick for this beautiful and de-stressing picnic opportunity!
