Nestled in between Monterey and Point Pinos is the exquisite coastal town of Pacific Grove. The town is popular for its Victorian homes and inns, its artistic legacy, the Asilomar State Beach and of course the annual migration of the Monarch butterflies. Also famous as the Point Pinos Lighthouse, the downtown of the town is very lively along with the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History and Stowitts Museum & Library located here. Pacific Grove is proud of its abundant habitats including the pine forests, mix oak woodlands, littoral and the marine. The Monarch butterflies are amazing to witness here; they are vibrant and full of life portraying an array of colors on them. In fact, parks around the town can be observed bearing many yellow and purple flowers in order to raise the breeding of these butterflies. The climate is mild and the place is colorful, awesome and vivacious.
