Nestled approximately 17.7 miles north-northeast of the majestic Chico city is the petite community of Cohasset. Authentically a mountain community, Cohasset is elevated at a height of 2828 feet above sea level and its history dates back to the mid-19th century when local lumber and farming operations sprang to power.
