A home to a huge number of the Seventh-Day Adventists is the community of Angwin, Napa County. It is a beautifully forested village and is located just about 70 miles north of San Francisco. Angwin does bear a lavish past of its wineries established on the Howell Mountain. Over the years, the appellation for Howell Mountain only grew and is now extensively popular for its zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon and of course merlot. There is a lot of flora and fauna to be witnessed in and around Angwin with its great open savannas interspersed with life oak trees and blue oaks. In all, it is a beautiful hilly fresh area to visit and stay.
