Officially known as the Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel is a little town of the Monterey County that is renowned for its natural picturesque and lavish artistic past. One would surely love to visit this beautiful town which is dog-friendly with a number of restaurants, hotels as well as retail establishments that allow guests with dogs. The town, bearing a Mediterranean type of climate saw its first cultural clubhouse in the early 1900s and till now, the tradition retains.
