The southern end of the San Franciscan Bay boasts of a gorgeous community of Colma. It was popularly recognized as the Colma cemetery but has now evolved into a beautiful town. It is also known as the ‘city of souls’ and is perhaps the smallest city of San Francisco. The town is far beyond those 16 cemeteries; its commercial buildings for instance mark the distinct architectural statement that in turn results from the standards set by the Spanish Mediterranean motifs. This petite town renders a small town ambience in the truest sense and hence is an ideal place to spend some lone time with family and friends. Colma takes pride in its old-world charisma, right from its paved residential quarters and decked street lamps to the restored historical museums. Two shopping centers stand tall catering the best of its services.
