Cuddled down south of Yuba County is yet another interesting town of Linda. It is just 2 miles northwest of Olivehurst and so you can easily drive down to Linda to enjoy a day full of explorations and peace. It is interesting to note that this name ‘Linda’ was the name of a boat and its original location was on the south bank of the Yuba River, near Marysville. Today, this original site is hidden under the tailings from the hydraulic mining but the present location offers a piece of its own history. The people are very friendly and you can also manage to find a decent restaurant to taste the customized flavor of Yuba County.
