Located in between the Lower Lake and Calistoga, it is the prime resting destination for those travelling from town to town on holidaying. The Boggs Mountain State Park along with the Boggs Lake Preserve makes it again perfect for hiking, biking, camping and bird watching. One would be amazed with the European heritage ruins here in Middletown along with some great local German restaurants. Accommodations here are fairly reasonable.
