It is undoubtedly one of the tiniest towns of the county, but certainly the most cuddled and awe-inspiring place; this is none other than the village of Navarro. Though one may not find great lodging or sophisticated dining here, nature’s creation catches maximum attraction of the eye. The scenery is mind-boggling and taking a stroll down the River Navarro is thoroughly enticing and romantic. With the wind blowing past you as they whisper the secrets of life, the bubbling waters sharing their experiences down their way and the serenity demanding unanswered questions, you could really revitalize yourself for life’s hectic side in the city. For recreation, you could visit the Navarro River Redwoods State Park and Paul M. Demmick campground. At the campground you can enjoy swimming, picnicking and even camping of course! The river also permits activities like fishing and kayaking during the winter and spring months.
