The eastern tributary of the Russian River commences from the Potter Valley which homes a little but vibrant community. It is located just northeast of Ukiah and Highway 101 and the valley is a beautiful hideaway for its agricultural region spreads far. In fact, fine wines such as the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay initiate from the Potter Valley and so it’s a great option to thrive on the rich and original wines here. There are over 27 species of birds homing in the Potter Valley and bird-watchers are going to have a blast! In fact, it might be interesting to note that Potter Valley is the home of the renowned artist Grace Hudson.
