Ornamenting the Salinas River and positioned just 8 miles southeast of the King City is the little town of San Lucas. If one would have heard of the San Lucas American Viticultural Area, it is located here. It is in fact a small farm town which has almost everything from a small library to grocers. The Saint Lukes Catholic Mission and the Bunte General Store are beautiful! The town is located on a pleasant small bluff and one would enjoy a beautiful picturesque in this town. A peace of mind and relaxing body can be found here in San Lucas.
